Important Dates
Schedule for the 11th Convocation Ceremony
Robe Collection
Level 2, Block C, Kelana Square. 10.00 am – 4.00 pm (11 Dec), 10.00 am – 2.00 pm then continues (12 Dec). Complete eRobe form at www.innovative.edu.my
Robe Collection
Robe collection at PICC from 10.00 am – 2.00 pm
Convocation Ceremony
Main ceremony day at PICC. Registration with Graduands Invitation Card and complete convocation attire required.
2:30–6:00 PM
Robe Return
Return convocation attire at PICC. Late return penalty: RM100.00 per day. Certificates cannot be collected until attire is returned.
2:00–6:00 PM
Certificate Collection
Collect certificates and transcripts at Level G, PICC. Must return attire before collection.
Fee Payment Deadline
All outstanding fees must be fully settled by 31st October 2025. Email payment slips to 011-60904547 (Finance Department).
Graduands Guidelines
Important information for all graduands
Checklist
- Settle all tuition fees or outstanding debts by 31st October 2025
- Confirm attendance at the Convocation Ceremony
- Complete robe borrowing information through eRobe system (www.innovative.edu.my)
- Fill out Graduate Tracer Study form at https://great.mohe.gov.my/ and bring print-out
- Prepare attire following required dress code
- Bring invitation cards for two (2) guests/parents
- Print and display Vehicle Entry Pass on front windshield
Dress Code
- Gentlemen: Robe, Bonnet/Mortarboard and Hood (provided by university). Lounge Suit or Baju Melayu Cekak Musang in black. Dark leather shoes with dark socks.
- Ladies: Robe, Bonnet/Mortarboard and Hood (provided by university). Baju kurung, long dress (ankle-length, long sleeves) or black/dark blue skirt. Black covered shoes with long black socks.
- Not permitted: T-shirts, jeans, slippers, sandals, or sports shoes. Non-compliance may result in denial of entry.
Ceremony Rules
- Registration: Bring Graduands Invitation Letter and wear complete convocation attire at PICC
- Only tw0 (2) guests allowed into Convocation Hall
- Any additional guest RM100/per person
- Children aged 12 years and below are not permitted
- No bags, cameras, or flower bouquets allowed in the Hall
- No handshakes during scroll presentation – bow instead
